L'azienda

Già dall’età di quindici anni Pelanda Giovanni iniziò ad occuparsi di manutenzioni e riparazioni meccaniche. Il talento e la passione sbocciati fin da ragazzo lo hanno portato lontano, accompagnandolo lungo un percorso che conta oltre cinquant’anni di attività. I primi passi li mosse negli anni ’60 come garzone di bottega presso una piccola officina di riparazioni agricole ma la vera svolta arrivò circa quindici anni dopo, quando l’esperienza e la manualità acquisite nel lavoro, unite ad un sempre crescente amore per la professione, lo fecero diventare un tecnico di riferimento per le presse ad iniezione e stampaggio di materie plastiche. L’attività di Giovanni andò oltre la semplice riparazione e qui inizia la storia recente.

L’ingegno stimolato dall’esigenza di trovare sempre nuove soluzioni, la capacità di modificare e realizzare in proprio pezzi e dispositivi meccanici e la collaborazione con noti costruttori italiani sono sfociati nella realizzazione di importanti progetti di modifica di dispositivi utilizzati nelle presse ad iniezione e nello sviluppo di nuovi sistemi di iniezione che sono stati oggetto di deposito di alcune domande di brevetto italiane. L’attualità racconta di un’azienda allargata alla famiglia dove i giovani eredi si lasciano illuminare dall’energia di Giovanni per accettare le nuove sfide con la stessa passione che accompagna il fondatore da più di quarantacinque anni.

L’azienda è strutturata per eseguire una vasta gamma di lavorazioni, riparazioni e assemblaggi meccanici partendo dalla semplice lavorazione di pezzo fino ad arrivare alla lavorazione in proprio e all’assemblaggio di assiemi meccanici e idraulici di complicata realizzazione. Inoltre, abbiamo realizzato piccoli macchinari ad uso industriale per soddisfare particolari richieste del cliente, prevalentemente a supporto del processo di stampaggio ad iniezione di materiali plastici.

La maggior parte dei macchinari in dotazione è di tipo manuale per conciliarsi alle esigenze della riparazione e della piccola serie, in particolare l’officina è dotata di torni paralleli, di cui uno con lunghezza bancale di 6 metri, fresatrici, rettificatrici cilindriche e tangenziali, stozzatrici. Inoltre, abbiamo recentemente arricchito il parco macchine con un centro di lavoro completamente automatico per l’esecuzione di lavori di alta precisione e/o per lavorazioni di media tiratura.

La vera risorsa è rappresentata dal capitale umano dell’azienda, valore aggiunto unico ed impareggiabile che assicura il successo di tutte le fasi di lavorazione e permette di portare a termine riparazioni anche di estrema complessità. L’azienda esegue solamente lavori che richiedono un’elevata abilità manuale perché sono queste le competenze che lasciano il segno: offriamo esperienza, capacità e soluzioni a problemi non risolvibili con l'impegno delle sole macchine.

Cosa vogliamo fare

Eseguire lavorazioni particolari, che consentono di realizzare una riparazione è qualcosa che fa parte della nostra quotidianità. Anche se questo stimola il nostro continuo miglioramento, noi vogliamo spingerci oltre. Il nostro obiettivo è quello di crescere, applicando le nostre competenze a produzioni e riparazioni che interessino piccole serie di prodotti, dalle fasi di lavorazione particolari e altamente specifiche. Lavorazioni

    Tornitura:

    siamo dotati di tre torni paralleli con dimensioni bancale massima pari a 6 metri. Eseguiamo torniture per alberi o cilindri con diametro fino a 250 mm.

    Fresatura:

    eseguiamo lavori di fresatura in pezzi dalle dimensioni massime prossime a 900mm x 400mm.

    Lavorazioni a cnc:

    siamo dotati di una macchina a controllo numerico per lavorazioni di tornitura e fresatura su pezzi complessi

    Rettifica:

    abbiamo una rettificatrice per esterni che supporta alberi con diametro massimo di circa 250mm e lunghezza di 1500mm. Inoltre, siamo dotati di una rettificatrice tangenziale con piano magnetico per pezzi di dimensione massima pari a circa 700mmx 400mm.

    Stozzatura:

    realizziamo cave e chiavette interne con corsa massima di circa 250mm in alberi con diametro massimo di circa 650mm. Siamo dotati di una stozzatrice con tavola girevole e foro passante di 140mm.

    Saldatura:

    eseguiamo saldature sia ad elettrodo che a filo continuo per realizzare unione di differenti pezzi metallici o riporti di materiali con particolari caratteristiche meccaniche.

    Trattamenti termici:

    possediamo un forno per trattamenti termici con una cavità di dimensioni pari a circa 450mm x 300mm x 200mm.

    Assemblaggio:

    eseguiamo il montaggio, l’aggiustaggio e l’assemblaggio di parti meccaniche e/o di dispositivi idraulici.

Cosa ci piace fare

Siamo specializzati nelle lavorazioni meccaniche che non derivano dalla grande serie e proprio per questo non sono standardizzate con rigide procedure di realizzazione. Siamo diversi e più piccoli rispetto alle aziende terziste anche se le nostre dimensioni ci consentono di fornire un semilavorato o un prodotto finito esclusivo, che incontra resistenze produttive nel mercato perché complesso o non affine ai normali canoni di produzione. Non ci occupiamo delle grandi tirature, spesso eseguiamo lavorazioni su pezzi singoli. Amiamo realizzare prodotti che richiedono attività manuali eseguite in più fasi di lavorazione. Se la vostra necessità è quella di concepire una soluzione specifica, come realizzare particolari modifiche su pezzi esistenti, creare ex novo parti singole di pezzi complessi o assemblare dispositivi che richiedono aggiustamenti meccanici, allora le nostre competenze indicano che siamo le persone giuste per voi.

  • Lavorazioni di grandi dimensioni

    In particolare, un’attività peculiare dell’azienda consiste nella riparazione delle rotture subite dalle colonne di scorrimento e tonnellaggio delle presse ad iniezione. Tali lavorazioni prevedono: la lavorazione della colonna nella parte interessata dalla rottura, l’applicazione di una nuova porzione a sostituzione della parte danneggiata, l’unione della parte originale con la parte nuova mediante una particolare saldatura e la tornitura dell’assieme per la ricostruzione della forma a disegno della colonna. Le attrezzature in dotazione all’azienda permettono di realizzare una saldatura particolarmente estesa e profonda nella regione di unione. Le caratteristiche meccaniche del materiale di riporto sono tali da conferire alla colonna riparata un’elevata elasticità ed un incremento della resistenza alla forza di trazione.

    Ci sentiamo orgogliosi del nostro lavoro solo quando riusciamo a soddisfare le richieste dei nostri clienti. Essere flessibili e specializzati per ideare soluzioni efficaci e durature, spesso eseguite ad hoc e su richiesta, fa parte del nostro carattere distintivo. Vogliamo essere artigiani della meccanica contraddistinti da una vincente mentalità industriale.

    La soluzione dei problemi: l'innovazione

    Non ci limitiamo a riparare dispositivi meccanici, siamo anche proiettati a sviluppare nuove idee. Questo ci è stato insegnato dal fondatore Giovanni, il quale ha sempre trovato il modo per liberare nel lavoro la sua creatività. Sono già innumerevoli i contributi forniti dalla nostra azienda al settore meccanico, in particolare in quello delle presse ad iniezione. Ad esempio, lo studio di una nuova tipologia di ginocchiera e la realizzazione di un innovativo iniettore elettrico sono stati in passato tutelati con una domanda di brevetto italiano. Attualmente l’azienda collabora con un noto costruttore di presse ad iniezione per eseguire una modifica mirata ad alcuni tipi di motori idraulici. Anche quest’ultimo progetto è stato interamente sviluppato e realizzato all'interno della nostra azienda.

Un' esigenza particolarmente sentita nel settore meccanico ed oleodinamico consiste nella lavorazione di alberi, colonne o cilindri di lunghezza particolarmente elevata.

La dotazione di un tornio parallelo, con lunghezza bancale pari a sei metri, consente di effettuare lavorazioni di componenti meccanici o idraulici di elevata dimensione, spesso utilizzati nelle presse ad iniezione dagli elevati tonnellaggi di stampaggio. Nel corso degli anni, inoltre, l’azienda ha messo a punto una serie di strumenti ed attrezzature che consentono di eseguire una pluralità di lavorazioni su una vasta tipologia di colonne o cilindri.
